At around 1330 on Sunday, 7 May, 2023 I ordered my chocolate slim-n-trim. They informed me that they were out of bananas but could substitute peanut butter. When I got my smoothie it was weak and tasteless. I returned it immediately and was told it was because of the missing bananas and said they couldn't give me a refund. The two young gentlemen that were working behind the counter this afternoon (14 June 2022) were having a conversation when I walked up. When I got the attention of one of them, he promptly and rudely told me they were closed. This was 30min prior to the posted closing time. I will not be returning to this location for a long time. Close like at 1:00 or 1:30 you never know when is open…
Great and convenient location in the base exchange/ commissary area. The staff are friendly and courteous and the smoothies always meet my expectation. I stop here often as it's close to where I live and the quality is good for the price. I'm a creature of habit and enjoy being able to get the same smoothie every time. They offer dairy free, vegan and gluten free smoothie options. Not sure about the quality of the sandwiches since I can't eat their bread but everything looks good on the menu. Quick pit stop, no long lines and the wait for your order is relatively short

I'll try it again next weekend as they're usually very good, but they were very disappointing that day. 4/5 Stars.
I've tried the store a bunch of times. I don't think they are open anymore. Don't answer the phones
