2 stars given for poor customer service. I was told over the phone to send what I wanted to the email address on the website and also called and left a voicemail, but no one responded or called me back. I understand if they couldn’t make what I wanted and also in such a short timeframe of only a few days, and would have been happy with something more simple. It’s okay because Baked Bliss saved me with a fabulous cake that looks and tastes amazing!.
