Rang reception when arrived as they were out, the lady was angry at us for ringing as she would only be half an hour which should have raised alarm bells, but she grumbled to us where we could find our key so we excitedly entered our stay. Mold in spa, sticky floors, dirty cutlery and the worst mattress we have ever slept on.. the restaurant was under maintenance and closed (the only reason why we picked to stay here...
