Off season on Cape Cod and my husband and I were turned away because the only open table (right next to the front door) was a 4-top... and we were told they wanted to keep that open in case a larger party comes in. Our choice was to wait (the two tops were just served) or sit in front of a large glass window bar area with 40° temps outside.
