We came to Paper Lantern on a Wednesday evening to celebrate a family birthday. The restaurant is conveniently located in a small shopping center about a half mile north of I-70. It was not busy and we were seating immediately. The server was nice and the food was quickly served. I had the Sushi for 2 and shared it with my daughter. Crab Wontons over, over cooked. Dry and tasteless. Hot Sour soup not so hot . Lacked spice and tasted sugar/sweet like Sweet Sour Sauce had been added to make a thin, water broth.
