I eat at this particular Pollo T. for lunch, at least 3 times a week, and they usually get it right. The only issue I have is that occasionally, I get dry chicken, or the serving of brown rice has hard, crunchy grains in it. Or my serving of black beans is mostly juice. View all feedback.

They always mess up my order. Something is always missing . They just grap it up carefully one thing on top of the other so you don't notice the missing things.
