I eat at this particular Pollo T. for lunch, at least 3 times a week, and they usually get it right. The only issue I have is that occasionally, I get dry chicken, or the serving of brown rice has hard, crunchy grains in it. Or my serving of black beans is mostly juice. View all feedback.

They always mess up my order. Something is always missing . They just grap it up carefully one thing on top of the other so you don't notice the missing things. They just want to work too fast and get rid of the drive thru and front line so they don't pay attention on what they're doing . View all feedback.

Waited 20 minutes for a meal to go, the food was not appetizing, the brwad was stale the rest was cold.
The food is really good, the rice and black beans with chicken and tostones are delicious, if you want fast food this is a very good choice, recommended ?
