Culture Cafe - Manitowoc

What Neil Franzen likes about Culture Cafe:
My go-to stop in Manitowoc when I need a cup of organic/fair trade coffee. I generally drink regular, black coffee, but did indulge in the Cafe Mocha recently, which was very, very good (Omanhene choc does the trick). View all feedback.

We were travelin this summer to visit family in manitowoc n stopped in here for lunch. The owner was very rude and looked put out that we were there.
