Culture Cafe - Feedback

What Nikki Eubanks doesn't like about Culture Cafe:
We were travelin this summer to visit family in manitowoc n stopped in here for lunch. The owner was very rude and looked put out that we were there. My go-to stop in Manitowoc when I need a cup of organic/fair trade coffee. I generally drink regular, black coffee, but did indulge in the Cafe Mocha recently, which was very, very good (Omanhene choc does the trick). View all feedback.
