I found the ordering process over the phone to be quite simple, and our food was prepared in no time. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food itself was delicious! Last time we order from them. The order was initially wrong and then once we got it sorted and got home, EVERYTHING was raw on the inside. All of it. Do not recommend at all. The orders are never right and now this. Edit: They did give us a refund and a gift card and explained that new people were working. That part can be excused as I understand being in their position.
