What User doesn't like about Fuddruckers:
Last time we order from them. The order was initially wrong and then once we got it sorted and got home, EVERYTHING was raw on the inside. All of it. Do not recommend at all. The orders are never right and now this. Edit: They did give us a refund and a gift card and explained that new people were working. That part can be excused as I understand being in their position. I always enjoy the food here but I find it expensive. I had the bbq burger with no sides or drink and my husband had a chicken sandwich with fries and drink. We spent about $35 on lunch. Edit: I choose not to get the combo because of the cost. Also, I got the 1/3 lb burger. I am not expecting to pay McDonald's pricing, however, it is significantly more money and that's all I'm saying. I gave 4 stars because feel like I did overpay a little but maybe I should take some off for being berated by the owner. I could go to Red Robin and get waited on for less money. I should mention that the people that work there were very nice. But if you want more bang for your buck, head over to Good Burrito because it's more affordable and the food is pretty good!
Went there when it was slow. One person in front of us. We ordered and everything was good. After that we saw 3 groups enter. They all order and sit down. We waited 20 minutes. They all got their food and we didn't. I go up to ask and they tell me that turkey burger takes longer. I said not this long. Waited another 15 minutes and went up again. Was told have patience they take 20 minutes. I said well I'm already here 30 and I have my daughters game to go to. She goes well they take 15 minutes to make. I said well you aren't even smart enough to remember your lie from 39 seconds ago. They lost my order and instead of having integrity and apologizing and admitting they're mistake they blame me for ordering turkey. If you look up turkey burger prep or ever cooked one we know they simply lied. Will never be back here. You can't lie and five horrible customer service to an individual, especially when it's slow. Their manager needs to be taught customer service 101

Everything seemed fine until my son said his chicken sandwich didn 't taste right . I looked and exclaimed Stop eating that! as it was raw in the middle. My son vomited soon after, and we could no longer attend the concert we had tickets for that night. I could see into the kitchen, and the staff looked young and untrained to me. I saw other people taking food back to be recooked while I was there. Serious problems with training and staffing, you 're risking salmonella poisoning by eating here. Edit: I cannot believe the manager has the nerve to claim that my son 's chicken sandwich was merely a little pink in one spot. More than half of the sandwich was red, not pink. Nowhere close to safely cooked! If I had taken a picture before it was thrown away, I 'd be speaking to a lawyer. I 've reported this incident to both corporate and the state health department.
