Wow, this was our first visit to Whatley Manor, and my husband and I went with our daughter and son-in-law for a Sunday roast. I have to say, it was an excellent meal! Paul took care of us, and his customer service was exceptional—he is a tremendous asset to Whatley Manor. We will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place and the food. Very disappointing lunch for my wife’s birthday. Low bookings meant we were offered a seat in the bar. Staff were friendly and coped well with our toddler, but the food left a lot to be desired. Local charcuterie looked suspiciously like a supermarket multipack; the burger had a nice flavour but was dry and overpriced; and the bouillabaisse had little fish, no seafood and was mainly potato it was missing an item and...
