The food quality are all very pleasant and good. The view of the river are absolutely amazing. Almost every staff are friendly. However, there's one staff named Stella, she was very unfriendly,rude and have bad attitude towards the customer. I dont feel she is welcoming...anyone. Very nice and accommodating service. the quality of the food is nothing. with beautiful weather the place on the terrace is very recommended. perfect, many thanks!
The joy of offering a vegan alternative was at the sight of a soft, dark, oily dish and at the cost confirmed, the may have wondered: must I really hurt the aubergine with sweet potato puree.Why the competent cook sick?the friendly service to be served as aperitif only sect or prosecco before, a claim had been raised against removing the aperitif not yet emptied.
We return to mainz and book the hotel restaurant recommended by guides such as michelin.We do not use the appetizer when selecting meat....to the happiness the portion was "important".Excellent.Remarkable service.

The hotel is undoubtedly in a prime location, but I expect much, much more from a 5-star establishment. Starting with the service: no Did you have a pleasant journey? or Did you enjoy your stay? The young man at reception, with his apathy, wouldn 't be a good fit for any hotel in the world. Furthermore, the room was far too dusty, the windows were dirty, and it was extremely cold (the air conditioning 's heating function didn 't work). I would definitely choose other hotels in this area.
