Amazing and innovative dishes that work, no matter how strange the combinations are. simple rival the best Michelin star restaurants I've ever been. No-brain, just go there.
Wonderful food and excellent service. the hollandaise, kimchi, erdnus sauce with bark bell was just one of many surprises. innovatiw and funny. keeps a Michelin star in my book.

We have eaten in some very good restaurants around the world. However Enklima has to best we have had the pleasure in dining in. The chef and his team have devised an eating experience which is better than any we have had for a very long time. Eat here it won’t be long before this becomes a Michelin star restaurant. Highly recommended. The waiting staff know there wines and the food especially well. They guide you through whole experience.
