We used to love Kato's at the east towne mall in Madison, Wi, have not been there since before covid though. We finally stopped to eat at Kato's last night, pure garbage now. The food was tasteless (bourbon chicken, sesame chicken, Tsaos chicken, rice and noodle). Half of the sesame chicken was just breading, no chicken inside.
