As another reviewer said, they don't cook their food for long enough on the grill. The meat is incredibly low quality and shouldn't be frozen and left on the line. Other grills I've been to have you mark your food with a colored stick or toothpick, a number, etc to indicate what meat you want, I think that would be better.
