I arrived at Rita's in t Macungie at 130 The signs that open not from the window multiple times. No action so I left. I called them 10 minutes later and asked if they were busy. They said yes so I riped 5 minutes. No customers in line. I then asked manager why they didn't answer. They said they were busy in the back. 3 people got no service. View all feedback.
