I recently went to this bakery for the first time and was very disappointed in the cleanliness of their facility. It is quite possibly the dirtiest bakery I have ever seen. I used to work in bakeries when I was younger, so I know how clean it should be. From the caked on dirt on the floors to the filthy fans blowing dust on the product.
