I recently went to this bakery for the first time and was very disappointed in the cleanliness of their facility. It is quite possibly the dirtiest bakery I have ever seen. I used to work in bakeries when I was younger, so I know how clean it should be. From the caked on dirt on the floors to the filthy fans blowing dust on the product. Amazing fresh baked goods! The sourdough bread, blackberry turnovers, and brownies are to die for, and the service is great! I'm totally going back in the future.
