this store is in need of staff constantly and sometimes is drive thru only. having said that, a lot of places are in this situation. the workers they do have always treat me well and the manager even knows my order without even saying anything. fast food workers have been through a lot during the pandemic and I think if people were a little more patient and understanding they would realize you are all doing your best... First time coming to this Dunkins. We ordered breakfast. The food tasted old. Like something that sits in the freezer for too long and creates frost on it. It had that nasty taste of freezer.
