Dunkin' - Lunenburg

Dunkin has stepped up to the plate as far as their bagels are concerned. The bagels have been really fresh and taste good! Thank you very, much!

Coffee and donuts are great, but the APP sucks! When going to redeem points for freebies I still get charged for donuts from my card balance! Happens often!!

Went in yesterday got my ice coffee and ordered a sausage egg and cheese wrap, when I left and started to eat the wrap it was ice cold in the middle. Today I went in ordered my ice coffee and asked for the sausage egg and cheese on the pancake wrap they said they are not serving it until Nov 1st, my question is then why advertise it on the windows? So then I asked for the wrap and they came back telling me the wraps are still frozen. It pains me to say this because I have been going to dunkin donuts forever, you guys make it easy for me to go to Gourmet Donuts Dippin Donuts and Boston Donuts alot easier, and all 3 have far better donuts the you. Looks like I will be going to those places.

This store is in need of staff constantly and sometimes is drive thru only. having said that, a lot of places are in this situation. the workers they do have always treat me well and the manager even knows my order without even saying anything. fast food workers have been through a lot during the pandemic and I think if people were a little more patient and understanding they would realize you are all doing your best at Dunkin. I hope things change and return to somewhat normal. I worked for Dunkin for over a decade and dealt with a lot but no way would I be able to deal with today's rude and entitled customers. no thanks.

This location is great, Staffs are great! But hey pay your employees on time though.. keep them happy! Where’s Jace? Bring Jace back I heard he was on point.
