I went to bark with American cheese. the cheese didn't get through much so I can try the blue cheese next time. the chips were crispy, crispy, dense, but still fluffy. they were the smell and taste of rosemary and I am very glad that they did not salt them. in the past there was always too much salt. very happy and I would try another burger again.
