A middle aged African-American man (sorry didn’t get his name nor was it on the receipt) handled my drive thru order and was very polite and professional. Arrived at 9:30pm and the automated message stated to order when ready. I began to give my order when a male attendant rudely replied, Hold on! There were no cars in the drive thru. I sat for 10 min unattended. Left and ended up eating at Sonic. I will never return to this Arby 's again. Every time I 've come to this restaurant, there 's been an issue each time.
