Having not expected anything exciting (Liscombe Lodge meals over the last number of years have been pretty traditional) we were very happy, in fact quite thrilled with our dinner. Beautifully presented, wonderful service, despite the fact that the room was packed..and the food!! We had breakfast here which was a buffet - paid extra in the room rate to have it included. Otherwise the charge would be $16. Powdered scrambled eggs - not my fave. Breakfast meat. Fruit salad. Make your own waffle. Ketchup was served in a large bowl which seemed odd and made me somewhat concerned for how long the ketchup was in that bowl.
