The fine dining room at Salishan is much improved. The service was gracious and efficient, without being rushed. The menu focuses on just a few mains, but with a range of options that would satisfy almost everyone. It's upscale, but not pretentious. This is a review for the Attic room. We've been staying at Salishan for 25+ years. Previously the Attic room was a bar with a small bites menu. Under the current ownership this is now an alternative restaurant to the Bay House. Because this room has been a bar, the lighting is dim. Many of us used our phones to read the menu.
