The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow. I ordered a tea cake, which sat on the side for ten minutes while I drank my coffee. When I asked why it hadn't been toasted yet, I was told it would be another 15 minutes. Waiting 25 minutes for a tea cake is unacceptable, especially when my coffee would be gone or cold by then.
