This restaurant is still a favorite among locals, and is hidden away in the woods. Without GPS, it may be difficult for non-locals to find. The building looks like a house that has been expanded over time. The interior is cozy and the staff is friendly. Drove way off the beaten path to Cooks as the reviews looked promising only to be let down by average Q. Should have requested outside brown but neglected to do so and ended up with a lightly smoked plate that fell short of expectations.
