Food was sloppily thrown together, everything is covered in a thick layer of dust in the customers area can only imagine what back of house or prep area looks like. Food took forever despite almost no one in the store. My sandwich was both hot and cold , vegetables were cut super thick so ended up taking them off sandwich. Took out of state family for dinner as they had heard of firehouse subs. We all were pleased.
