Food was sloppily thrown together, everything is covered in a thick layer of dust in the customers area can only imagine what back of house or prep area looks like. Food took forever despite almost no one in the store. My sandwich was both hot and cold , vegetables were cut super thick so ended up taking them off sandwich. Service was super super slow and the gal who takes your order is super sweet but her nails where so dirty I'm sorry I ordered food.
Good was perfect, customer service was excellent and the cookie tasted homemade, it was soo good I made a YouTube video about it.Link … [hidden link]

Took out of state family for dinner as they had heard of firehouse subs. We all were pleased.
Gavin is always so sweet, never fails to make me smile! Definitely will be coming back!
