We made a spontaneous choice to try the pub located across the street from our hotel for an early evening dinner and it turned out to be the best decision ever. The service was excellent, the fish and chips were delicious, and they had a great selection of beers. We will definitely be returning. View all feedback.

I booked a table for Sunday lunch but I didn’t get a reply to my booking. We turned up anyway as we were meeting some family from Canada who were staying near by. The staff had no idea I’d booked on line, had poor English, seemed surprised when I showed them the booking receipt and told me the pub was closing at 1pm. Very odd, very poor customer service.
