Terrible customer service at lunch while waiting to check in at Timber Ridge. Was about to leave once coffee arrived; ended up staying for the complete meal which was a mistake because our server didn't show up to our table and we worked through bus boys and other staff. Our final amount that we paid was changed by our server aka fraud. Unfortunate experience as this is a nice venue. View all feedback.
