Was ANADEL at Keule a mag?
It is one of the most emblematic restaurants in Cologne, had written an email from Spain to book a table and we were lucky to have one next to the window waiting for us. Complimentary salad with a super sweet dressing, and several dishes we tasted, to stay with a peas of beef that was scandalous, pity that the German proved impossible. I don't know why we went here. We wanted to have traditional food. But if you're not a meathead, you shouldn't go here. We should've known better. The waiters were nice though, and it's on a central spot. View all feedback.
Lovely food and great location. Beer is very good. Only thing I would say is that service to the outside area needs to be improved. Every time I needed a waiter they were nowhere in sight for at least 10 mins. I would recommend it however as the apart from food and location the staff are really sweet and speak good English.
I thought I’d died and gone to heaven! It was so tender and juicy and falling of the bone yet the skin was crunchy with every bite. The serving was huge! I think this would have fed a family of four. I went prepared with a container. The lady who served us was wonderful.
As in the title, extremely salty food, it ruined the whole trip because my son ate some fries, which you can't refuse a child in a restaurant, but I feared his kidneys and he kept waking up thirsty all night. My husband threw up later, even though he drank only two beers, which he can easily handle, so it must have been the food. The waiter was acting weird and didn't give me a paper bill, probably to hide he overcharged us
Nice restaurant/pub. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was tasty (the pepper sauce was just okay). The fried potatoes were excellent.
