I want to give a more positive review because the staff works hard and the food is delicious, but I have never waited less than 20 minutes, even for simple orders. Tonight, I placed a mobile order for nuggets and onion rings at around 8:35, which was supposed to be ready for pickup by 8:55, but I didn't actually receive my food until 9:18.
