What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
I want to give a more positive review because the staff works hard and the food is delicious, but I have never waited less than 20 minutes, even for simple orders. Tonight, I placed a mobile order for nuggets and onion rings at around 8:35, which was supposed to be ready for pickup by 8:55, but I didn't actually receive my food until 9:18. The restaurant was bustling with both supplies and customers, but the staff was working diligently to ensure quick service. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, cooked in fresh deep fryer oil. Unlike other Popeyes locations I have been to, where the oil is often reused for too long resulting in darker, burnt-tasting chicken, this location maintains high quality.
