The food was delivered late, cold, and with missing items. When I contacted the restaurant to address the issue, I was met with a very rude and sarcastic response, “so what do you want us to do about it then!!” I have been a loyal customer of Bostons for a long time, but I will never use them again after this experience. Delivery arrived and wasn’t quite what I had ordered. To which I was told I was a C@@t and it was my fault. I tried to speak to the kitchen but a poor response. Very poor customer service but hay ho
Don't order kebabs if you're not VERY hungry when they first opened my wife and I stopped eating un as we could never finish the meals and felt ashamed for leaving so much now we order deliveries online which arrive promptly EVERY TIME what we don't eat gets finished the next day. their steaks and burgers are also a meal and a half
Third time we have used Boston’s during lockdown. Each time they have been on time. Excellent food, love the kebabs and grills. Very good value for money. So much food for your money.
