Lady never greeted us at drive thru waited 10 min. Drove forward and the lady said we could only do orders at the display and made us go back around and get behind 5 more cars. She refused to pull our order while at the window “because that is how it is” in her words! Drove around and tried to talk with her and she shut the window. Rudest lady I have ever dealt with!
