Lady never greeted us at drive thru waited 10 min. Drove forward and the lady said we could only do orders at the display and made us go back around and get behind 5 more cars. She refused to pull our order while at the window “because that is how it is” in her words! Drove around and tried to talk with her and she shut the window. Rudest lady I have ever dealt with! It's Taco Bell, so I didn't have high expectations. I ordered the steak chalupa as a substitute, but it barely had any meat. Everything else was really good, though.
The food was good but they never give you enough sauce :
I ordered two tacos, both of which were supposed to come with sauce but didn’t. One of the tacos was cold and tasted stale, like it had been left out for a day.
The burritos here keep getting smaller while the prices continue to rise. They also overlooked my request for extra protein and rice, even though I paid for it.
Girl would not take our , she assisted with the kioski thing. Next couple she took order at register. Will not return.
