I am shocked by all the 5-star reviews. If you order a meal and a drink, you might have a chance at getting decent service. The staff is slow, rude, unapologetic, and clearly not interested in being there. I have never seen a whole meal arrive without sauces, sides, or toppings on burgers/chicken.
