I adore their milkshakes, soft pretzel twists, and their staff is always so incredibly friendly. I really hope they bring back the half-price drink specials that included milkshakes during the summer from 8 o'clock until closing. That would definitely earn them a five-star rating from me. I am shocked by all the 5-star reviews. If you order a meal and a drink, you might have a chance at getting decent service. The staff is slow, rude, unapologetic, and clearly not interested in being there. I have never seen a whole meal arrive without sauces, sides, or toppings on burgers/chicken. Usually the food itself is good. I used to work at sonic and I know the people that own it so I didn’t wanna leave a bad review, but tonight the service was very upsetting. Had I been with my husband I would’ve checked the food and voiced my “complaints” to the employees working, but he brought it home. Food was cold/not fresh, ice cream was half full, Oreo chunks not blended and no fudge like ordered. I know staffing is an issue across the world right now and I empathize, but please do better. Very disappointing.
Order though the mobile app. Ordered just a small vanilla shake and a small cherry limeade waited 30plus mins. When we selected asap.
Great service.. great food.. excellent strawberry limeade with nerds!!
Service ok, missing part of my order. Hard to hear through the speaker and I had to yell to be heard. Food uh, is not great, is not bad. Don't know if a double cheeseburger combo is worth $9.00.
