first off: service.always above and beyond. there is a specific woman who works at the Keizer location who is always pleasant and goes above and beyond customer service. she treats me and my wild 2 year old with kindness and compassion.food: new to the establish in the past two months but visit it frequently now and I think my husband even secretly goes because he likes it so much too! What matt castillo doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
Went in at 8:40 left work early to try and make it in time since I always work in the food industry was rejected a hot sandwich even though they were clearly open. No where on website or in store does it say anything about not being able to order hot sandwiches. This is the second time I’ve had issues with trying to get a sandwich. Super poor customer service.
