first off: service.always above and beyond. there is a specific woman who works at the Keizer location who is always pleasant and goes above and beyond customer service. she treats me and my wild 2 year old with kindness and compassion.food: new to the establish in the past two months but visit it frequently now and I think my husband even secretly goes because he likes it so much too! What matt castillo doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
Went in at 8:40 left work early to try and make it in time since I always work in the food industry was rejected a hot sandwich even though they were clearly open. No where on website or in store does it say anything about not being able to order hot sandwiches. This is the second time I’ve had issues with trying to get a sandwich. Super poor customer service. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch.. the guy didn 't bother to ask what bread I wanted so they just went with white. I had to stop the girl half way through to ask if I have an option, cause I wanted the rosemary. Then she just added the ranch before I could say that I only wanted mustard and mayo, so she had to restart it again..THEN.. she just wrapped the thing up after making it without asking if I wanted additional veggies.. I would have liked to have pickles, banana peppers, salt pepper and vinegar, but she already bagged it up then she gave me attitude when saying, "well I can unwrap it and add those.. "The few times I 've gone to other locations I 've been able to specify what condiments and veggies I prefer WHILE THE THING IS BEING MADE! I have never been told that I have to specify all this while ordering!Half my lunch break wasted, $15 spent just to NOT get what I want!Incompetent and rude staff!

Difficult to find parking as there aren't many accessible spots. Little tight getting around with a service dog but overall okay.Food was okay but sandwiches weren't cut all the way through which made them difficult to pull apart for me. I would have asked them to cut them again but I didn't know until after I had left as I had ordered it to go.
I had ordered on line and was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I don’t live far so I left at 5:30 pm and when I walked in I could see that they were extremely busy so I waited by the rack for online orders/pickup area. The manager there was helping at first and had bagged up a couple of orders and then left them behind the counter. Then he preceded to go and take out the garbage without asking the 2 other people waiting in the takeout area if it was anyone’s order he just bagged up. I waited another 5 minutes before a prep person finally asked anyone for a name and it was indeed my order that he had bagged up and left there. It was not like he didn’t know we were waiting as he made eye contact. Why would a Manager just leave and decide to take out garbage when it was so busy? Food was great Manager should be fired!
Always great sandwiches. I just wish they had a meatball sandwich.
