Bookings recommended. As locals we have missed out dining here without a reservation in the past. The food was delicious and we tried a wide variety. The prawn Gyoza are the best I've tried. The salmon sashimi had a tiny bone but otherwise it was wonderful. The squid entree was amazing. The young waiter on Sunday night did an excellent job, very polite and respectful. This is a small Japanese restaurant near Katoomba Station. Convenient here to take a meal when arrive Katoomba before the sightseeing. The food is nothing special, but tasty and at good value.
