Viva International Buffet - Kanata

Well there is a new restaurant in the Kanata area, it's a buffet. I was never fond of buffet, in that, once seated, you are told "the buffet is open" then you never see your server until they walk by pick up your used plates, then bring you the bill and usually that is the only interaction you have with the staff...... Went here with a few friends for a night out to eat and chat. Our waiter was great, the buffet was very sub par.Lots of casseroles and deep fried food. The salad bar part of the buffet was small and terrible.
