Wow, totally need to edit my review. Was eating in last night and witnessed the manager refuse to refund or give a customer what he ordered. Bro was a total WingNazi. Crazy experience, this guy walks in with his receipt and a handwritten note saying they subbed fries for something on his to go order. The employee says she wrote the note.
