In general, it's easy and quick to get my order. I like it specifically for that I can place order using the machine and it help to minimize the embarrassment of having the staff wait when I'm still choosing what to order. I come to this mcdonalds because it is close to my school. I like to come in to get regular coffee but I did not appreciate that the manager giving me decaffeinated coffee today. She was brewing a regular pot and did not bother to ask if I wanted to wait or if I indeed wanted the decaffeinated coffee.
