What Viet Do doesn't like about Ramenramen:
I had the miso veggie ramen at a rather non busy time. While the physical arrangement was visually nice and service perfect, I was a tad disappointed by the composition taste-wise. Mainly due to the different temperatures of ingredients. The bean sprouts and enoki mushrooms for instance were completely cold and cooled down the otherwise hot broth, making it lukewarm at best.
