What Viet Do doesn't like about Ramenramen:
I had the miso veggie ramen at a rather non busy time. While the physical arrangement was visually nice and service perfect, I was a tad disappointed by the composition taste-wise. Mainly due to the different temperatures of ingredients. The bean sprouts and enoki mushrooms for instance were completely cold and cooled down the otherwise hot broth, making it lukewarm at best. Delicious food, especially the tonkotsu pork and takoyaki.
The soup is thick and delicious. The noodles are alive. The price is mediocre, but it's delicious anyway. Kimchi reduces the taste of the soup. Ah, it's better than tteokbokki Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
