I came into Krystal's actually on Valentine's Day lol and I was intrigued of trying the double bacon slider and it was pretty good! the onions were savory and one of the female employees was very helpful and nice to converse with and I hope to visit again with luck of having her take my order again! I wish I got her name at least to say thanks for making my visit fun! :
First time trying. Burgers are small like white Castle burgers. They were dry and no extra condiments. The chili cheese fries though exceeded expectations! Great service and employees.

I ordered a chilli tot with light cheese and a junkyard frie and wanted both of them FRESH..BUT INSTEAD I GOT A JUNKYARD FRIE THAT WAS SOGGY AND BARELY ANY CHEESE,,TOTS THAT WEREN'T FRESH AND PILLED WITH CHEESE....AND yet they can't answer the phone forme to complain.i have sugar problems and needed to eat something but how do they expect someone to eat this mess especially withno damn forks????????????????????????????????????????????
The late shift manager literally started problems, kept a few different things from the order, she called police on me bc I was trying to feed a family of 6!!! I was not belligerent LITERALLY COULDN?T FIGURE OUT WHAT HER PROBLEM WAS. She had one from theminute I started ordering from another Worker. I had my kids in the car. I passed a sobriety test, my order was short a fewthings, and I was banned from there. All bc she had a bad day?!! This is after a long hard day of work for me too but I justwanted to feed my kids. I never even got a bad attitude she was impossible not to mention she lied to the police.
