Made my coffee wrong they fixed it but still had to wait forever to get the right
Service is slows always screwing around no wonder it takes 15 to 30 minutes just to get a coffee. It's unacceptable
Cleanliness lacks bad at this DD. Floors are sticky and the tables are full of crumbs and drink smears. Being the only place in town while Cafe Euro becomes The Connection, I only stayed so as to get a project complete for my job. However, if DD was looking to impress this customer from a competitor, it has failed emphatically. On a side note, the iced Vanilla Bean tastes like a frozen Vanilla pudding I remember from my childhood, which is a plus, I guess. lol
Horrible drive through if you have a full size truck. Asked to pull into curbside, when there were no cars behind me and then not told they had run out of items at the time of order. Paid for stuff they didn?t have then gave excuses, didn?t have time tostick around for them to figure out how to refund.
The young girl in drive thru was very nice although my 2 snack bacon,hash brown and sausage egg n chs crossant was awful bread was rubbery,bacon was hard as a rock,hash browna were mushie not crunchy ,i order a vanilla chai latte shaken not frozen theconsistency was right but it taste like pure syrup i order these all the time in Hinesville and other Duncans but for somereason jesup store never makes them right. I called because the snack bacon i ordered i thought was gonna be mapple/pepper notthat any of the food other than the doughnuts was eatable.. $26 and the only that will be eaten is the doughnuts.. This will bemy last purchase at Jesup store ever..
