I haven’t been here in so long and knew I shouldn’t have went here today. The worst location in Laurel. Service is ok. Total waste of money. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
This location is never open on time and always struggles with time management. There’s no leadership everytime I come in and it just looks like a large amount of people who don’t care mixed with a very select few who do. Drive thru is always a main priority over their mobile and in store guests- leaving walk in guests waiting anywhere from 15-35 minutes for an order of coffee and a donut. I’ve had a long black hair in my sandwich, given some sort of refresher when I ordered a hot coffee and the label on the cup matched what I ordered, burned sandwiches, after having so much understanding and patience I have officially given up on this location. They need new leadership that can identify these opportunity areas and coach l/ develop the team through them or they need to hire people who truely care. Mistakes happen and we are all human, but this location is past this point.
Coffee is nasty. So different from all other locations. Don't go here!!!! Asked for a hot drip coffee and they gave me cream with a bit of coffee. Another time asked for a macchiato and it just tasted like cream and sugar. Didn't feel the Expresso shots at all Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I'm giving 3 stars based on the fact that while I was there, no one's order was right including mine. Everyone was very pleasant and the food was good. I was happy to see that no one gave these young workers a hard time as they were trying and more thanwilling to correct the problems.
11/29/22 Service is hit or miss. I think they're under staffed. There's one or two people who are great I'm the morning but that's about it. Went inside for gcs and it looked unkept. 10/10/22 8:30am Morning crew is usually good. I placed a mobileorder today. All the drinks were correct but the bagel bites weren't. I had to wait out front for the correct ones. 2/4/216pm Apparently D crew is working tonight. Mobile order placed 10 mins before arrival. It wasn't ready when I got there. Then Iwatched them make it wrong with almond milk and lie straight to my face when I tell them it's supposed to I have oatmilk. Guessthey've never heard of nut allergies.
